Sur deux mois, la mission s\u2019organise en quatre \u00e9tapes claires.

Nous commen\u00e7ons par analyser votre processus commercial pour structurer un pipeline pr\u00e9cis, de la prospection au suivi client. Les \u00e9tapes, les indicateurs cl\u00e9s et les responsabilit\u00e9s sont d\u00e9finis afin d\u2019obtenir un tunnel de vente mesurable et duplicable.

Nous proc\u00e9dons ensuite \u00e0 l\u2019installation et \u00e0 la configuration compl\u00e8te du CRM ou de l\u2019ERP : param\u00e9trage des pipelines, cr\u00e9ation des champs personnalis\u00e9s, automatisations, s\u00e9quences commerciales et tableaux de bord de pilotage. Vous disposez d\u2019un syst\u00e8me pr\u00eat \u00e0 l\u2019usage, align\u00e9 avec votre mod\u00e8le \u00e9conomique.
